Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) RideNow is seeking to add an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in the one of the following Florida metro areas: Ocala, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, or Tallahassee. The RideNow HR Business Partner will act as the primary point of contact for HR related matters supporting powersports dealerships located in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Ohio, Oklahoma, and North Carolina. They will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing culture at our dealerships while limiting any exposure to employment-related liabilities. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience with recruiting and hiring, employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, training, development, and policy interpretation, in a multi-site/regional type of role. They should also be experienced in providing HR guidance and support to regional leaders, managers, and employees, with a clear understanding of how to manage human resources processes and professionally handle challenging situations. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for HR related matters for region dealerships Assist HRBPs in other regions and provide coverage as needed Assist managers and employees with employee relations, conflict resolution, incident investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, process compliance, and other HR related functions Report directly to the Sr. Director of HR and collaborate with regional leaders Facilitate classroom or virtual training on various HR related subjects, i.e., supervisor training, FMLA/ADA compliance, etc. Draft responses to unemployment claims, preparing for unemployment hearings and submitting appeals when appropriate Assist with employment investigations as needed Oversee the talent acquisition needs, hiring, orientation, and onboarding of new hires Develop a thorough understanding of the dealership/department culture and use that understanding to ensure the fit of candidates to the dealership/position Travel to region dealerships for visits as needed Other duties as assigned Minimum of 4+ years in a Human Resources Generalist or HRPB role with an emphasis on employee relations required HR experience serving a multi-location retail environment required (automotive, or powersports environment preferred) Experience with ADP required Ability to professionally address employee relations issues, while protecting confidential information Knowledge in the following areas of HR: employee relations, employment laws, performance management, on-boarding, conflict resolution, investigations, training, and recruiting/hiring Must be knowledgeable of employment laws, namely Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA as well as state-specific laws and ordinances for the region of responsibility SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Working knowledge of MS office software - MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work effectively with others Must possess excellent problem resolution skills and be relatable with line level employees as well as management (performance issues, coaching/discipline, etc.) Must be comfortable presenting training material to both small and large audiences Ability to work in different locations What We Offer: Employee discounts on gear and vehicles Healthcare, Dental, & Vision Insurance Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance PTO *All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background check in order to qualify for employment*
