What You'll Do Strategic HR Partnership Serve as a trusted HR partner Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders. Support diverse leadership growth and capability development. Talent Strategy & Development Support succession, career, and performance management processes. Identify critical talent gaps and support capability-building strategies. Partner with HR COEs to execute enterprise talent programs. Culture, Change & Organizational Design Shape an inclusive, high-performing culture. Support organization design and change initiatives. Drive adoption of the Vision SC Operating Model. HR Excellence & Program Execution Implement global HR processes. Collaborate across HR, Supply Chain, and L&D.
