This role is responsible for building and optimizing HR infrastructure, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving talent strategy to support organizational growth and operational excellence. This leader will oversee both plant and corporate HR operations while fostering a culture rooted in accountability, performance, and safety. Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business growth objectives Drive succession planning and leadership development efforts Employee Relations & Culture Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution Promote a high-performance, safety-focused culture Champion engagement initiatives across manufacturing and corporate teams Total Rewards & Compliance Oversee compensation strategy, benefits administration, and payroll oversight Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Maintain and update HR policies and procedures Talent & Operations Implement best-in-class recruiting strategies to support workforce demands Utilize HRIS data and analytics to inform decision-making Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring operational excellence Leadership Scope Direct oversight of HR staff and daily departmental operations Budget ownership for HR function Active participation in safety leadership initiatives Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Prior experience supporting a manufacturing workforce required Experience in organizations of approximately 200+ employees Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change Bachelor's degree required SHRM or comparable certification preferred
