Job Description Assists in organization and dissemination of office policies and procedures; responsible to act as a supportive conduit for company communications Review new hires and on-boarding processes to assist HR in monitoring application, screening, and administration of hiring and new employee orientation Coordinates meetings, training sessions, and other events for projects Handles confidential legal and financial information on a regular basis Assists HR with project recruiting, employee hiring processes, and onboarding/ orientation Maintain logs to track data in an organized manner via Excel and SharePoint (Recruiter information, Employee Relocation information; Personal Vehicle Rental agreements) and ensure that requirements are all updated Supports tracking of all employee-related training, performance reviews, and other required employment status monitoring Review and monitor Federal and State Employment Law Posters to keep jobsite bulletin boards updated Assists employees with reports as needed Other tasks as assigned Job Requirements High School graduate or equivalent; Associate degree preferred At least two (2) years of related administrative, HR, or customer service experience Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication Excellent organizational capabilities in order to plan, prioritize, and monitor multiple activities at once Advanced Interpersonal skills - able to work on diverse teams Maintain the confidentiality of all documentation, information and processes The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
