Job Title: HR Assistant Job location : Tampa,FL Duration:03 month Job Description: Administration for US Domestic Lump Sums: Receive SNOW requests from HR or Recruiter and initiate Cartus to process US domestic lump sums. Creating Workday Confidential requisitions Prepares cost projections or relocation estimates for HR and/or MS review. Receives approval documentation and completes final authorization process for mobility cases Responsible for inputs and updates to Mobility specific systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow and PwC MyMobility) Update MyMobility Milestones Workday and MyMobility Reporting Create MyMobility tile and run cost projections from the Mobility intake form Skills: Ability to multi task and prioritise workload at all times Thorough attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative Strong team player Possess a satisfactory level of Business acumen Confident, calm and focused manner Data Entry Skills Advanced MS, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
